①Graduate school students who conduct research to contribute to international cooperation.
②Students who studying in degree programs in English.
③Short term students under an inter-university exchange agreement.
All the above applicants must be non-Japanese nationals and must be those studying at their own expenses.
The foundation provide the scholarship grant of ¥100,000 monthly for one year for about 15 selected recipients.
The applications are accepted once annually from July to September through designated host institutions.
Direct application is not accepted.
